Earth 2 (1994)

Set two hundred years in the future, pollution has driven humanity to live in overcrowded space stations. Scientist Devon Adair seizes a spacecraft to lead a group, including her son Ulysses, in search of a new world promising a better future. Among her companions are mechanic John Danziger and his daughter True, physician Julia Heller with hidden motives, pilot Alonzo Solace, the cyborg Yale, and the duplicitous government agent Morgan with his wife Bess. Their journey takes a turn when they crash on the wrong side of the planet, compelling them to navigate a perilous journey to reach their goal: New Pacifica.
