The Lone Ranger, an iconic Western television series, aired from 1949 to 1957, featuring Clayton Moore in the titular role and Jay Silverheels as his loyal companion, Tonto. Initially narrated by Gerald Mohr, the show transitioned to Fred Foy, who also lent his voice to the preceding radio series. As story narration was phased out, Foy became the sole announcer for the TV adaptation.
