Do Ji-ui, a plastic surgeon, gets sent to Pyeondong-do, a remote island no one volunteers for. From day one, strange and unsettling things start happening. Can he endure a full year on this nightmarish island and escape with his life—or will the island destroy him before he can finish his duty?
