Mr. Sunshine (2011)

On the brink of turning 40, Ben Donovan, the self-absorbed manager of a mediocre San Diego sports arena, starts to reevaluate his life choices. He navigates a chaotic workplace filled with colorful characters: his unpredictable boss Crystal, an alluring yet volatile arena owner; Alice, the charming marketing director and his casual lover; Alonzo, a perpetually cheerful ex-basketball player; Heather, his sweet but intimidating assistant with a fiery past; and Roman, Crystal's naive son and Ben's newest recruit. Together with the bumbling operations team known as the "Steves," the stage is set for comedic upheaval.
