Masamune-kun's Revenge (2017)

Masamune Makabe's childhood was marred by torment from Aki Adagaki, a stunning heiress who cruelly called him "Piggy" due to his weight. Determined to exact revenge, Masamune transforms himself into a strikingly handsome, albeit self-absorbed, high schooler. Reuniting with Aki, he plots to break her heart with the assistance of her devoted maid, Yoshino Koiwai.
