A Certain Scientific Accelerator (2019)

After saving Last Order and suffering a gunshot wound, Accelerator, the strongest esper in Academy City, finds himself recuperating in the hospital. His brief respite is interrupted when a mysterious girl arrives, clutching a photo of his young clone companion and pleading for assistance. Together, they face off against Disciplinary Action, an ominous group with malevolent intentions that jeopardize Last Order, the safety of Academy City, and potentially the fate of the world itself. Time is of the essence as Accelerator gears up for a new battle.
