Charlie Baileygates, a Rhode Island State Trooper, struggles with a severe case of multiple personality disorder. His two distinct personas are a wild, combative side and a charming, easygoing counterpart. Chaos ensues when Charlie misplaces his medication, leading both personalities to develop feelings for the same woman, Irene.
