Pan's Labyrinth (2006)

Set in the aftermath of the Spanish Civil War, 10-year-old Ofelia relocates with her expectant mother to the home of her tyrannical stepfather. While exploring a mystical labyrinth, she encounters a faun who suggests she might be the reincarnation of a long-lost princess from a hidden realm.
