Nicolai Dalchimski, a deranged KGB operative, absconds with a notebook detailing the identities of dormant Soviet agents embedded in the U.S. since the 1950s. These agents, conditioned under hypnosis, can only recall their covert missions when prompted by a specific line from a Robert Frost poem. After escaping to America, Dalchimski begins contacting them, triggering a series of sabotage operations against military installations. As chaos ensues, the threat of these sleeper agents reawakening looms large, creating a tense race against time to prevent disaster.
