Rulers of the City (1976)

Tony, a disillusioned mob loan collector, yearns for a life of wealth beyond his current existence of intimidation and violence. His fortunes change when he teams up with Napoli, a recently dismissed enforcer. Together, they devise a scheme to swindle mob boss Manzari out of a substantial sum, dreaming of a lavish retirement. However, their audacious plan draws the attention of Manzari, who is determined to protect his interests and make sure they don't escape unscathed. As tensions rise, their fate hangs in the balance.
