River of Death (1989)

An intrepid adventurer, played by Hamilton, embarks on a quest to locate the fabled Lost City hidden deep within the Amazon jungle. He is soon joined by an eclectic group, each motivated by the promise of riches. However, their pursuit quickly turns perilous when they discover the remnants of a sinister past—an unhinged Nazi doctor conducting horrific human experiments in the ruins. As they navigate treacherous terrain and confront this dark legacy, the explorers realize they've entered a nightmare far beyond their expectations.
