Back in the Saddle (1941)

Gene comes back from the East with Tom Bennett, the new ranch owner, only to discover a crisis: the cattle are dying. The culprit is Blaine, who has restarted the copper mine, contaminating the water supply. While Gene was gone, Tom bravely faced off against the miners, resulting in a deadly shootout that left one man dead.
