The Kung Fu Instructor (1979)

Two feuding clans, desperate to recruit the master of the virtuous clan, resort to underhanded tactics when he refuses their offers. They frame him for a crime he did not commit, leading to a deadly confrontation where he is compelled to take a life in self-defense.
