Legendary rock group Foo Fighters relocates to a notorious Encino mansion, rich with dark rock history, to create their eagerly awaited 10th album. However, as they settle in, frontman Dave Grohl encounters eerie supernatural phenomena that jeopardize not only the album's progress but also the band's safety.
