Almost Coming, Almost Dying (2017)

After landing a teaching position in Sapporo, 29-year-old Manabu chooses to indulge himself by visiting a nearby sex club to ring in the New Year. Just as he approaches the peak of pleasure, he suffers a brain hemorrhage, leading to an unexpected hospital stay. Awakened in the emergency room, he finds himself exposed and surrounded by his concerned family, all eager to understand the bizarre turn of events that led him there.
