Ghosts (1997)

In the quirky town of Normal Valley, an unusual magician known as Maestro delights the neighborhood kids with his performances in his eerie mansion. However, on a tempestuous night, the town's mayor rallies a mob of disgruntled townsfolk to confront Maestro, intending to drive him away for good.
