The Aerial (2007)

In a city stripped of its ability to communicate, the only television station, owned by the malevolent Mr. TV, becomes a tool for his dark ambitions. As he manipulates the airwaves, his goal is to dominate the minds of the unsuspecting citizens, leaving them voiceless and under his control.
