The Trap (1959) (1959)

Lawyer Ralph Anderson finds himself in the isolated desert town of Tula, sent by mob boss Victor Massonetti to secure the airstrip for a secretive escape. His unexpected return stirs deep emotions in his estranged father, the sheriff; his brother Tip, a struggling alcoholic deputy; and his former love, Linda, who is now married to Tip. As a gang of criminals descends upon the town, the atmosphere grows increasingly tense, leading to a dramatic shift in dynamics that threatens to unravel everything Ralph hoped to resolve.
