Sugey Cruz

Sugey Cruz is a talented actress and filmmaker known for her extensive collaborations with prominent entities such as Universal Pictures, Disney, Blinding Edge Films, and Phi Phen Studios. Her diverse skill set encompasses vital roles across both film and commercial productions, including acting, continuity supervision, production management, and Health and Safety/COVID compliance.

Sugey launched her filmmaking journey as a documentary producer for the Oscar-qualifying project "The US of Autism." Her notable works include significant films such as "The Old Way" and "Butcher's Crossing," featuring Nicolas Cage, as well as "Hellbent on Boogie" with Shiloh Fernandez. She has also contributed to "Coup!" starring Peter Sarsgaard and appeared in the Apple TV+ series "Servant" and M. Night Shyamalan's feature "Knock at the Cabin."

Recently, Sugey co-founded Roaming Shadow Productions alongside her creative partner, Greg Poppa. The company is set to release several exciting projects, including "Transient" in collaboration with BMN Films, "Cold," which she starred in and translated into Spanish, and the forthcoming Western "Taffy, Rita and The Rattlesnake."
