Hideaki Takizawa emerged as a prominent figure in the Japanese entertainment industry, initially gaining recognition as the leader of Johnny's Jr. prior to his official debut with the duo Tackey & Tsubasa. Beyond his musical endeavors, Takizawa showcased his acting talents in various television dramas, but it was his role in the 1999 series "Majo no Jouken" (translated as "Forbidden Love") that truly marked a turning point, earning him widespread acclaim for his performance in this controversial narrative.

In January 2004, he made history by becoming the youngest actor to take on a leading role at the prestigious Tokyo Imperial Theatre in the musical "DREAM BOY," further solidifying his status in the performing arts. In addition to acting, Takizawa has demonstrated his creative prowess by composing several songs, including "894 hakushi," "My Angel You're Angel," and KAT-TUN's "Fight All Night." His influence extends behind the camera as well, having directed ARASHI's inaugural music video for their hit "A.RA.SHI."
